India is one of the very few countries in the world, blessed with a young and burgeoning population. We need to harness this demographic dividend by providing our youth with the necessary skills to make them employable.
The value of educated and skilled youth has also been emphasised as a developmental priority by the Government of India. In fact, it has set a target of 500 million strong skilled workforce, by 2022 and have promised to create better jobs for these young men and women.
At Mahindra Pride School (MPS) we are contributing to this vision by providing livelihood training to the youth from socially and economically disadvantaged communities, while also going the extra mile to ensure their placement in high-growth service sectors.
